Swiftly disclaims liability for miscommunications, inaccuracies, or compliance issues arising from AI or voice agent interactions.

- Payment data is tokenized; Stripe maintains PCI DSS compliance.
- Access to personal data is role-based and logged.
- We implement strict safeguards against unauthorized access.
